I am very disappointed in Willow Bend, and will not be renewing my lease. The walls, and especially celling are literaly made out of cardboard. You can hear EVERYTHING what your neighbours are doing, and by saying EVERYTHING I really mean it. I hear every time my neighbours on top are flushing the toilet, or turn on the shower, i hear when they wake up @ 04:50 am every morning, i can hear every step, every single one! My celling creaks and squeaks with EVERY step they take. Day and night. You can hear people walking in the hallway, taking the stairs, and their dogs barking. I insulated the front door with special insulating foam that i bought in Home Depot, that helped a little with hallway noice, but what about the celling? Cannot insulate it, can i? I read a lot of reviews of Willow Bend before signing up, and i thought people are exaggerating when they were talking about noice insulation, i should have listened to them. Really regret about signing up for Willow Bend. For $1200 + $35 parking + $170-200 utilities you really expect a different level of comfort. This is ONE BEDROOM we're talking about Another issue is laundry, 4 washers???? are you kidding me? You really need to wake up EARLY on Saturdays to do your laundry, otherwise its packed. "Thankfully" my 3rd floor neighbours wake up @ 06:00 am on Saturdays. Whisch is a great "benefit" of living here. I'm on the market for new rent, and WILL NOT RECOMEND WILLOW BEND to anyone.
