i moved in almost 4 years ago my balcony was not painted and still not painted. Even though their computer had a glitch 2X's in 4 years and they reimbursed me for late fees it still shows up as if i paid my rent late. I called the main office to fix it and i get pushed back to ask the manager to do it which is the 3rd manager since i moved in. I asked to get my carpet stretched 2 years ago and it was just done a couple months ago with the latest manager. The dumpsters are a huge eye sore and it is set up that is where you park to get comfortably into your apartment. If you really want a parking space guaranteed you need to pay for it on top of the high rent which in my opinion runs really high. 2 bedroom with electricity and water $1,700+ Neighbors are loud. Every time i extended my lease the cost of my apartment went up I think a $100. Leaving soon can't wait and would have done it much sooner if I didn't have so much to move and home business set up. God only knows why 3 years no mice then this year 7 were found in my apartment even with pest control and as i walk in my apartment you can see mice running around. Squirrels are everywhere too. I don't even cook much with no pattern change to see 7 mice absolutely gross. For most part service guys are friendly and they answer request in a timely fashion, only had 1 complain about checking the mouse traps. Personally i would not recommend this place for anyone.
