Pros: -Good looking exterior. -Quick maintenance. -Decent base rent when you first sign. -Responsive office staff. Cons: -Management does not care about resident satisfaction. -Office staff is well trained to act nice but don't be fooled. They relay your concerns to management but management/owner does not care. -You can literally hear EVERYTHING on both sides of you. Luckily I have not so loud neighbors. -Keep your doors shut because mice will come in. They say its because there is a creek not too far. -Rent goes up $50-75 everytime you renew. They say its due to property value. Sure.... -There are monthly fees aside from the base rent which adds up. Not so decent anymore. -Only reason I'm still here is because I don't want to take my daughter out of school but I might look somewhere else near her school.
