Excellent maintenance and service crew. No smoking in units and on property. Small pool. Property manager ok. They will charge for trash removal, water gas, and pets. Had ants in the spring and they took care of it. Ask them to let you listen to furnace as mine was loud when the heat kicked in. Expensive. No community events. Rent is not cheap. 60 day notice to move out.
