This place is like the mob. How is that you may wonder. After you sign the contract, you have to give 60 days notice even if your contract is expiring otherwise they will charge you an extra month $300. You are charged for parking, trash, water, services (even if you didn't ask for one)... there are a lot of mice in every apartment and nothing is done to that issue. When you want to check out, they will create something from the air just so they won't return your deposit. In my case, it was the carpet that didn't need cleaning, they charged me $200 to clean it after I moved out. The staff was rude and arrogant at times. DON'T EVER MOVE IN HERE!!!
