Leasing office staff has been very friendly and helpful. Although, immediately after we signed the lease no one provided any guidance with the next steps. No one told us there were carts in the main building we could use to help us move in. Light bulbs were already burnt out and things were broken before we moved in. Maintenance does respond quickly. Overall apartment building is very clean and quiet.
