We moved here a year and a half ago and this is the worst place I've ever lived in.. yes the house looks beautiful and it has a cool view etc. but there's nothing more than that.. pests that crawl out of our shower, plumbing issues, windows don't seal and there cold air constantly coming into our apartment.. Thermostat set to 72 and it's still freezing. I've spoken to the management multiple times and all they can do it put a plastic sheet over my window.. there's a gap between the floor and wall and cold air again comes in.. after a few requests they sealed that. We pay $15 for parking that mostly is full all the time. We have a detached garage that I can rent for $85 so my car can stay off the snow but I'll have to walk in the snow to get out. We have an excellent locker system For packages but again I have to go to a different building to access that. The gym again is in a different building. We have carts to use but I have to go to the main building to again get them. Oh and the elevators, the glass from the ceiling fell right next to me twice. But at least they fixed that after a year of that falling on and off!! I can't wait to get out of this apartment!!
