Welcome to hell. Prepare for paper thin walls and people complaining about each-other all the time when there is noise. We have a 3 year old waking up from our next door neighbors at night because he can hear them talk. Not mumbling, but ...

Editing my review because I AM SO OVER this complex. No one is helpful. And no one picks up the phone to amend your problems with them. I had the most difficult time dealing with a rent problem.

Lincoln Place, they will pinch for every penny they can. First of all, when I toured they showed me a different unit then the one I moved into. When I moved in I realized the units were very different. I measured mine and realized they lied about the square footage. This was a red flag and would be telling of how the rest of my experience would go. Our deposit was 1,250. Upon move out, not only did they take the whole deposit but charged another 300 on top of that. For a total of $1,550 to move out of a small 2B. We treated our place with love and this was insane pricing for a tiny apartment. They overcharged me on my first and last months rent. They are not kind when you go in to have a conversation with them. Place is infested with spiders and wasps. This is a place that will cut every corner at your expense but charges extra for every little thing imaginable. I knew I was signing for an overpriced and outdated space purely for the location. And that was great, but these people will rob you. There are better places available for a lot less.

Potential tenants should be aware that management here prioritize rent collection over TENANT SAFETY. They would sue tenants who are forced to leave due to threats of serious bodily harm. I became a victim of harassment, threats, and abuse while living here. Despite providing evidence and doctor note, the office took no action to address the unsafe and untenable conditions I faced. With only one month left on my lease, I was shocked by Office Manager Chase Sherbert's casual dismissal of the situation as mere 'conflict.' He insisted I continue paying rent while knowingly placing me in jeopardy. Under civil law, these circumstances should warrant an early release from the lease. The common law principle of constructive eviction applies when a tenant is forced out by threats of violence. No reasonable person would be expected to continue living in such an environment. I strongly urge anyone considering living here to carefully evaluate whether this aligns with your expectations for safety and management responsiveness in your home, your safety, and for your kids.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst customer service in the leasing office, terrible communication, unorganized, dirty/ smelly gym, the Pilates reformer has been broken for over a month now and there was never a sign stating it was broken.

Ugh. Utterly distasteful. Felt like money-grubbing at every turn. Upcharge for this, that and the other thing. Old property called "new" (newest additions were built in 2014, 10 years ago) with nothing spectacular to justify the high rates. Even the application fee is high ($60 per person) AND if you change your mind after sending your deposit ($1500) more than 24 hours after submitting it, you FORFEIT the whole $1500!! What kinda greedy nonsense is that??!! No way I would do business with those people. Plenty more options out there with people who charge a fair rate and don't seize every opportunity to add on. You've been warned.

Horrible staff in Leasing Office and Management. What they say to you and do are to opposite things. Lots of Air BNB turnover, They claim to be a smoke free community but allow smoking everywhere. They will sell you all the bells and whistles, its a lot of money to pay to get treated so poorly!

This is my honest experience and review after moving out 2 weeks ago. The team they use to assess damages / deposit returns will charge you as much as they possibly can and we were left with barely anything from our original deposit. I reached out to get more information because we did not have any major damages aside from holes from paintings we had put up and a small tear on one of the walls. They said the amount charged would have been the same regardless of how many holes there were as it's based on length of lease? They also charged us 185 for cleaning fee because they require a DEEP clean and for it be sparkly new! Really disheartening and haven't dealt with this in all my years of living in various apartment communities. While we're at it, I'll just lay out additional problems here. Maintenance is delayed to respond to issues. There was also a consistent molding issue in my shower (one of the maintenance guys even said there were multiple people on the property that had stated they were dealing with these issues) and there's records of me going to them to complain about this so they can't attempt to deny this is true when they try to respond here. Weird experience because I had heard great things in previous years but feels like things are deteriorating. Please treat your residents better!

Do not live here, the apartments are very old with no sound proofing and its almost impossible to sleep at night due to the noise. Management was entirely unhelpful trying to resolve any issues we had. Tons of homeless people and homeless encampments all around the premises. Save yourself the hassle and live somewhere else.

The amenities and renovated apartments are what stand out, however they're countered by the number of issues we faced while living there. 1st, there is absolutely no soundproofing between apartments so you can hear every footstep, noise in every room and conversation from the neighbor above or below you and people hanging outside as if you're with them. 2nd, management is awful. We were living there for a couple of years and wanted to change units to find a less noisy apartment. Signed the new lease and a couple weeks before moving date, after hiring movers and incurring costs for prep, they let us know that the tenant was no longer leaving and we were stuck with no recourse. I'd avoid these apartments if you can.
