Detailed Information for One Greenway

Exercise extreme caution when considering properties listed by the horrible company “AIR Communities” on rental platforms. While their promotional visuals might appear enticing, prospective tenants should be forewarned of a multitude of hidden fees. Beyond the baseline rent, there are significant charges for amenities such as parking, water, and mail services, which often require an additional subscription. The following are crucial observations derived from reviews by past tenants across multiple platforms. It is imperative that you review these insights meticulously to avoid potential regrettable experiences.

Our website exposes the deceptive practices of AIR Communities. We link to external reviews on Google Reviews, Yelp, etc. but caution against trusting 5-star ratings. Many are the result of incentives for positive feedback, not genuine tenant experiences. We advise focusing on reviews of 3 stars or below for a real picture of these properties. Beware of manipulated ratings and seek the truth in the more critical, honest feedback

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Buzzoto and this property management company at One Greenway and beyond shocked to hear they let go of the concierge, Sam. It was an unquestionably poor and unprofessional decision that makes me question the upper level staff and management of the building and Buzzuto. As a resident of One Greenway going on two years, Sam was THE ONLY highlight of the front desk staff. She was extremely responsible, personable (as expected, albeit required, in a front desk job), and professional. She was beyond kind, caring, and conscientious of each resident she came in contact with, concerned with each resident's overall well being and living satisfaction. She respected and treated everyone as an individual, knowing this is our home. Even my boyfriend, who doesn't live in this building, always told me how great his brief interactions with her were passing through the lobby. Sam leaves a positive impact on anyone she comes in contact with at One Greenway, and this is a TOTAL LOSS for the One Greenway community and Buzzoto. There were sooooooo many times packages were lost or not in the system from other Concierge staff, and she always found everything and ensure it was entered in the system correctly. Other front desk staff were extremely unapproachable, and I would wait until Sam was on shift to pick up a package or let her know about any issue. She was a total TEAM PLAYER for One Greenway and the rest of the management staff. She made sure all maintenance requests were attended to and knew each resident's preferences for deliveries off the top of her head. After watching the actions of other front desk personnel (third shift) and prior concierge staff, Sam was the most professional, intelligent, approachable, and conscientious concierge I have ever witnessed in an apartment building. She is quick on her feet and able to make an appropriate and calculated decision that is required in any work situation based on her prior work experience and skill base. Buzzuto and One Greenway Staff: You need to fix this poor handling of personnel or people will leave. The units will not be able to be rented out (without even mentioning the overpriced rent) with the reputation of poor management and handling at this property. The Regional Manager has responded to review on this site, but does not oversee the building on a day to day basis (i.e. knows the working relationships and inner workings). As someone who intimately works in real estate and is very familiar with property management, the Regional Manager is pretty removed only meeting the staff briefly in person. We are all extremely sad Sam is gone.

Used to park here on Friday nights in the city but will never park here again. Not too long ago it was $14 after 5 o'clock on weekends/Fridays. Last time I parked here I was very rudely greeted with a bill for about $56 dollars. I rolled in at 5:02 pm and was charged tye pre 5 o'clock rate AND the post 5 o'clock rate. The garage will not go bankrupt without my business but I hope enough of their patrons express their distaste that they decide to make a change.

Here is my honest review of One Greenway: Pros: * Concierge during day & early evenings are great & professional * Good gym facilities & study areas * Convenient location to everything * Reliable appliances & maintenance * Modern Apartments * Never needed to turn on heat Cons: * Infested with Rats both in the walls and in the loading dock area * Attached to income restricted housing and One Greenway is accessible to this building through an unlocked door on each floor which is safety issue * Attached income restricted housing is known for crime and a violent shooting in past year which is safety issue * Property management company rents out unused apartments on AirBnB which is safety issue * Rent is high for the lack of "luxury" amenities and does not include anything * Only wired for Xfinity and no other options * Water bill is high for small apartment * No grills on the rooftop lounge, closest one is in the back of the building and only 1 that is always empty * The carpets smell like animal pee as well as in the lobby * Constant construction to get rid of the pee smell where entrances have been blocked for weeks * Social events are usually not free and there is a price tag attached to them * Very dirty neighborhood and always homeless people or drug addicts around - felt unsafe at times * No pet relief station * Management is unresponsive to known issues * No pool * Loud sirens or traffic noises constantly * Garbage piles up in the back loading dock and on each floors trash room Overall, there are lower priced comparable apartments in the area that offers more amenities & security and cleaner options.

I am one of their current tenants. I've been increasingly frustrated over the past few weeks. Our former concierges that still work here are all absolutely lovely. The new concierges are quite nonchalant. I caught several of them sleeping/snoozing on the job and some of them don't really stay behind the desk to greet people or let people in. One of the elevators was down for a while and now another one is down, creating some wait during rush hours. Overall I've spent maybe 2 months with all 3 elevators working. The parking fee was also increased to 450usd a month all the sudden.

The management team are nice and professional. The concierge lady works at nights don't bother to unlock the door for guest and gives an attitude for package pickup requests.

I just wanted to leave a review to say that I think the company/management made an extremely poor decision when letting go of Sam from the concierge desk. She has been nothing but professional, helpful, prompt and even more importantly friendly and kind since I moved in. She is ALWAYS in a good mood, always has a smile on her face and always has a very positive attitude which makes her the perfect person to greet you before/after a long day. She learned my name and apartment number immediately (so she never had to ask who I was when I was picking up packages) and those little personalized touches made the building feel more like home. No one wants to come home to an apartment that feels like a cold hotel. Overall I just think it was a very poor decision on managements part.
